1.5 oz. Greenhook American Dry Gin
.5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit juice
1 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 Egg White
Method: Build all ingredients except for egg white into a short tin. Add egg white to tall tin, combine, dry shake. Hardshake with regular or Kold Draft ice. Double strain, into coupe, garnish with cherry. With a dasher bottle, dash four dots of bitters over meringue.
