McCarren Julep

Ingredients:
.75 oz. Greenhook Beach Plum Gin
.5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
.5 oz. Cane Sugar

Method: Take a handful of loose mint, rub inside of julep tin and discard. Build ingredients, add ice, swizzle, add more ice, garnish with stemmed picked mint and grapefruit twist.

Ice: Crushed

Glassware: Julep Tin

Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
