Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
1 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Rose Champagne

Method: muddle 1 strawberry in a mixing glass, add GHOT, vermouth and Campari, stir with ice and strain intoa cocktail glass, top with rose Champagne and garnish with strawberry slice
