Manhattan Ave. Transfer

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Greenhook American Dry Gin
.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
.75 oz. Cynar

Method: Build all ingredients in a mixing glass, add regular or Kold Draft ice, stir, strain into a coupe. Wipe the rim with peels of Lemon, Lime or Orange. Squeezr oil over the top of the drink, discard.

Ice: None

Glassware: Coupe

Garnish: Oil-of-Lemon, Lime, Orange
