Ingredients:
2 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
.25 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
.5 oz. Honey Syrup
2 Slices Peach
Method: Muddle peaches in a julep cup, add all ingredients, top with crushed ice and garnish with honeysuckles and a lemon wheel
Ice: Crushed
Glassware: Julep Cup
