Fly By Night

Ingredients:
1 oz. Greenhook Beach Plum Gin
1 oz. Cielo Rojo Bacanora
.75 oz. Agave Nectar & Lime Juice
.5 oz. Poire Williams Pear Brandy
1 Egg White
4–5 Leaves Yerba Buena

Method: Shake all ingredients, first without ice. Add ice, preferably either Kold Draft or large solid ice cubes and shake. Strain and serve in a short fizz glass, garnish with sprig of Yerba Buena.
