Greenhook Beach Plum Gin Liqueur Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Greenhook Beach Plum Gin
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Ginger Beer

Method: Combine all ingredients, except club soda, into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir to combine, top with ginger beer and garnish.

Ice: Rocks

Glassware: Collins

Garnish: Lime Wedge
