A Suit of Sails

Ingredients:
1 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
.5 oz. Amontillado Sherry
.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
½ Serrano Pepper

Method: Build in a highball glass, fill with crushed ice and swizzle, add straw, lime wheel, and kaffir lime leaf. Top with 1 oz of club soda

Ice: Crushed

Glassware: Highball Glass

Garnish: Lime Wheel, and Kaffir Lime Leaf
